Creekside Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at our busy community pharmacy in California. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and licensed in the state of California.

Pharmacy Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications.
Accurately enter and process prescription information.
Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
Handle insurance claims and prior authorizations.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
Manage inventory, stock medications, and ensure proper storage.
Perform daily operational tasks to support pharmacy workflow.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

Active and clear California Pharmacy Technician license (required).
Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Customer service oriented.
Flexible availability, with willingness to increase hours as the role transitions toward full-time.
